YOGA FOR ABS / Core Strength Ritual


Hello guys, I’m Cindy and this is my new video. Today we’re gonna do some yoga abs exercises These exercises are helpful in yoga A strong core is important in yoga because it helps to maintain balance in all yoga poses. You can start with 15“-30“ seconds for each pose and with 15-20 repetitions in the exercises. You know, I don’t like talking too much, so let’s work! I’m going to use a timer to help me in exercises Breathe and take a break, relax your body When you finished the exercises you can repeat one more time to have more fun 😉 That’s all for today!
